[Enhancement] Add support for human walk snipe #47

I have done some work with this feature on Visualizer. I think i will migrate that implementation to PokeEase later. In the meantime, If anyone love to work with it. please add it as enhancement. thanks

feature include

list all human snipe queue
Allow change priority/speed change/
remove snipe queue
display target sniping pokemon
