[DNSCrypt]: Resolvers and Relays local https server #157

Hello,

I tried to configure the dnscrypt module to fetch resolvers and relays lists from a local https server, but it fails. I believe the reason is that it won't check for CAs under "User", but only those under " System".

Most likely wouldn't be a top priority, but would you eventually consider to implement that functionality?

Hello,

InviZible uses the original DNSCrypt module. So this should be implemented in DNSCrypt and then this feature will be available in InviZible as well.
