Can't ping raw IP addresses #232

ping 1.2.3.4

will hang. Replace 1.2.3.4 with any valid address (local or not) and the same will happen. InviZible will show a yellow line in the DNSCrypt log which I assume means it has been blocked.

I expect to be able to ping local IP addresses, without blacklisting them. I only want to have domain names encrypted.

Enable Compatibility mode in Common settings. This allows ICMP packets to pass through.

InviZible has rules to prevent DNS leaks in the browser. So you can't ping Google DNS like 8.8.8.8 and Quad9 DNS like 9.9.9.9 if you are using default settings. So you can try 1.1.1.1
