Hi; I made some changes to the translation of some rare technical terms (after rechecking) via PoEditor.

In the Options menu of the DNSCrypt module, two items remain untranslated, it could be translated without any inconvenience I think:

The two headers (in blue) could be translated as follows:

Forwarding Rules -> Règles de Réacheminement

Cloaking Rules -> Règles de Masquage
