On some devices, DNSCrypt does not redirect queries to onion sites properly. Try to stop DNSCrypt and use only Tor.

Tried it, nothing changed.
Which browser are you using? Please attach logs, when onion sites does not work. MENU -> Logs -> Save Logs
Browser is important. On Firefox, onion sites are disabled by default.
If you are using firefox:
In the search bar, type about:config and accept the risk to continue.
Then find the variable network.dns.blockDotOnion and change it to false. If your network configuration was done correctly, firefox should now be able to resolve .onion addresses.
And if you are using Firefox preview, The about:config page is yet to be release at the time I am talking you, so switch to Firefox Preview Nightly, which already got it. From here, follow the same instructions as the Firefox one, they are the same.
I also have the same problem. I tried invizible today, firewall works, i2p works (.i2p links and outproxy too), I can use tor (seems I was able to get tethering going too) but not the .onion links. As you suggested I tried disabling dnscypt and disabled the firefox configuration as well without solution.
@vinniec Please make sure you have private DNS disabled in both your Android settings and your browser. Try using different browsers. Please indicate which site you are trying to visit? Also, you should use the latest stable or beta version to support the onion v2.
Hello,
Torifying the whole system seems to work fine, except that onion sites remain unreachable.
