[Bug] M117 Message Command Does Nothing #3

In normal 3D Printing G Code, "M117 Message" sends a message to be displayed on the printers display. This command does not work in Smartto (A30 confirmed)

@stampede-arm Thanks for using smartto and reportting issues, we will add this M117 and display message on the LCD status page.
