New features:

Classes for creating FluidSynth MIDI file players, sequencers, arpeggiators
Custom MIDI message router
- converting between message types
- controlling players, sequencers
- routing messages to external callback function
Multi-channel effects routing
Ability to send any MIDI message via messages keyword
Extended router rule formats

Removed features:

Network link in fluidpatcher.pyw
Bank file keywords, cc, cclinks, effects - functionality absorbed into messages, ladspafx, etc.
