Add complexity of user and reviewing

So basically what needs to be fixed:

In the User table. Add a category for what type of user it is(Manager,Connoisseur,Normal_user)
In the Winery table there is a User_id. This implies that there can only be 1 user(if I'm not mistaken)
In the final online project, Only users/connoisseur's can make reviews. connoisseur's review count more
In Wine table, change age to year(this can then be used to derive the age)

Mark's feedback for today:

Load Wines by Type (filter) @ArrJayOh I added that to the filters.php.
Change the EER diagram to types rather than an entity for each (e.g. White - Type where Type can be Dry, Sweet, etc.) @Tiaan2
This type should also be added as a constraint then such that White can only be Dry, Sweet, Rich, but nothing else and so for Red as well. @SW1F7YY @ArrJayOh @ReynekeD @ashley2930
