Hey. Hey,

would it be possible to release the code as open source? I think a lot of people would like to program their own functions. It would be fun for a lot of people.

100% agree.

This device (I'm most interested in hellocubic) has a lot of potential, but without being sufficiently open I will end up more annoyed with what it can't do than what it can.

No single developer will be able to give every customer everything they want. However if they empower & work with a community they can be the target hardware for a hundred cool little projects.
