Hello GeekMagicClock,

First i'd like to say that I loved your product and that is well built and has great functions.

I am having an issue though, where I am in Canada West (PST -7) and time both in Clock and Weather is showing 4 hours behind.

Couldn't find in settings an option for Time Zone, how to fix that?

weather city code: 6173331 SmallTV Pro Version: v3.2.28EN

Thank you,

OK, let me check it out, did you enabled the DST option?

Need the device to reflect proper PST Los Angeles California 91306 time.

Typing this email it's 2:14pm - The device: 4:14pm. Does not change.

Assume:

Yes - firmware question Yes - resetting questions Yes - restart or any word following "re" Yes - any variation of server domain of NPT questions No - regarding any numeric NPT IP entry reference questions Yes - regarding any reset, restrart, re re re Yes - Other than finalizing the monitor sensors on my Windows 11 system, the functionality for other components work.

I saw a Canadian customer of yours indicating a similar issue in April. Same issue. Workaround?

I mentioned issue to the tech person who sold the unit. He was 3 inches from useless.

Is there a 'manual' entry for time without pulling online? If you provide compiler info cool.

Thank you,

W
