Firmware update: Error during upload. #53

Currently expieriencing a issue regarding the firmware update, while updating to

The process starts, SmallTV Pro freezes, stops freezing and the error “Error during upload” appears, inconsistent at ~10%, ~80%, ~40% and ~20% ... Nothing changed after the reboot.

What could help?

Hi, you can check the md5sum before uploading, MD5 (PRO_V3.2.30EN/FW_SmallTV-PRO_V3.2.30EN.bin) = 9cc82aa08dc1ed857666d9355fc3f6ad

Hi, thanks for replying the checksum of FW_SmallTV-PRO_V3.2.30EN is 9CC82AA08DC1ED857666D9355FC3F6AD When I tried to upload it again, the same error occurred again at ~20%. Everything else works fine, I can change everything and everything updates automatically.

Hi, sorry that does not happen in my side, can you try update it with curl command?

Did not check the curl -X POST "$url" -F "firmware=@$local_firmware_path" Another 'Factory Reset' and uploading the new Firmware 'FW_SmallTV-PRO_V3.2.31EN', did the trick. Works now fine, as it should. Thanks.

OK, just here to remind, better to exit the picture app when updating firmware, it's ram consuming task.
