Permission Error #33

I got this error: You don't have the good permissions rights on www. Thank you to set the good files permissions. What does that mean? It doesn't make any sense. The permissions are currently 755 - what should they be?

same I got the same error, using permission 755 or 655 or 777

It's the open_basedir restriction in effect
