cannot move showip to top toolbar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Customize toolbars
2. move showip from status bar to top toolbar
3. restart Firefox and it goes back to status bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
staying at top. Even before you restart Firefox, you click it and get nothing. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox5.0 + Windows7
