What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.No new update

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be updated corresponding with FF8. Unavailable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest update but incompatible with FF8. Windows XP Pro sp2

I just updated to Firefox 10.  All of a sudden showip is working properly, 
crazy eh?
