Provie a clear method to re-display the ShpwIP if it is closed #70

If I click the X to the left of the ShowIP 'status bar', it goes away. Good. 
But for the life of me, I've searched 'everywhere' through the Firefox menus 
(v10.02 on OS X 10.7) and can find no way to bring it back up again.

Something in View would be good .. though Firefox on Windows doesn't seem to 
have a "View" menu any longer. So somewhere might be better?
