ShowIP failes with recent versions of Firefox #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Firefox 29.0
2. Go to web site
3. There is no longer a status bar.  When the "Addon" bar isenabled, ShowIP 
does not show address

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see ShowIP & valid IP address in status bar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ShowIP 2.4 on Firefox 29.0, Linux & Windows

Please provide any additional information below.

Recent changes to Firefox turn off the status bar at the bottom of the screen.  
As this is where ShowIP displayed the address, it's no longer usable.  When the 
"Addon" bar is turned on, only the word ShowIP appears, not an IP address.

Same issue here - ShowIP 2.5, Firefox 30, Windows 8.1

This problem has found his way into Pale Moon Version: 24.7.0 (x64), win7 (x64)
