We need the pipeline to automatically return a success when a PR is raised from a branch named doc-* so that the cicd check in the PR is successful.
What actually happened?
Currently when a pull request is raised from a branch named doc-* the pipeline does not run because of a configured condition in the cicd pipeline config, making the cicd check to fail.
