If you hover your cursor over the number of either likes or dislikes show tooltip of the action performed. For example for likes number show:
Liked by: 15 Anonymous Users Joe Bob Sue +10 more Users
If no Anonymous users liked then don't mention them. Have config option or preset number of users to show in tool tip before adding the last line.
