Allow Search results to be updated by plugin for formatting #1041

Articles and forum posts can have extra codes (BBCode and image tags) in their content. Lets give them a chance to remove it from the search results before it is displayed.

Added commit f331fa24dcc4bc8e9e83445f3fbf63d593ec0067 which added new plugin API PLG_searchFormat to allow plugins to format the search results for title and description if needed.
