Editing Comment and Preview showed Incorrect user Image #1072

"Generate User Icon automatically?" is enabled.

My user account has an actual photo and when I edited another user comment (who had an auto generated icon for the user image) my image was shown after I clicked on Preview. All the author information for the comment is correct in the preview.

This does not happen when the user is anonymous (with a generated icon) or when the user has an actual image.

Fixed comment photo bug mentioned in this issue plus fixed another one that dealt with USER_generateUserICON where it was grabbing the incorrect anonymous username.

Secondary bug is related to #1069 feature which I reverted in part to fix bug.
