Staticpage plugin 404 error works correctly for anonymous users when trying to access a page that does not exist.
For users with static page edit access it returns a blank page for pages that do not exist.
I think what Geeklog use to do was open the staticpage editor if it did not find the page. I think it should just return a 404 error (just like how articles work now)
