Resynching Geeklog OAuth User account errors out #1137

Looks like the debug flag fails to set in the oauth helper class on account resynch for at least Facebook user accounts. Oauth Login works fine.

Fixed with commit e39f7d730f95a1a3e9396bbc41bad1e8c7b0cc8a
