While printed pages are no index it looks like Google still looks at the Canonical URL of them and is reporting a problem with them. I notice that for staticpages (and I assume for others like articles) which uses the function COM_createHTMLPrintableDocument the canonical url is just the domain of the website and not the actual URL of the printed page.
