Forum Date Stamp #51

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

When viewing the forum messages, I see only the one date type format of
MM/DD/YY and then the AM/PM time stamp. When changing the format in your
profile in geeklog, it does not make the same change in the forum. Is this an
intentional omission of the date/time change or was this by design? See
geeklog's examples:

Shouldn't the forum also follow these rules as well?

It's actually possible to use user-defined dates in the forum, but this option
is disabled in the configuration by default.
This setting is located at:

Geeklog configuration -> Forum -> General Forum Settings -> Allow User defined
Date Format?
