Enhancement of the library to add dynamic/configurable section

• [x] Render section will now include a base_path field that is equal to the page.path field
• [x] 404 sections will be authorized to be included in the page (when editing and viewing them)
• [x] N/A value for missing QS in edit mode (for render section and for save page)

Acceptance testing

• [x] Make sure when a section is rendered that it includes page path
• [x] Adding a section that is missing query strings should work and i should be able to save the page and have it in view mode
