GCop 415 #281

The second example in the link below does not fire: https://github.com/Geeksltd/GCop/blob/master/Rules/GCop415.md

Instead GCop692 fire in this case. Should I delete this example for Gcop415?

@marjanjavid these are two different rules. we need both.

@Karvan So the second example of the link above is not fired. We should check the problem about this

Still it doesn't fire for the second example of the above link. but when there is a statement it fires like below picture Capture
