On GCop2.6.1-rc.2 this rule message is not correct. it is "There is no need for calling .Value. Replace with There is no need for calling '.Value' and '.HasValue'. use '== true'."

This issue is similar to https://github.com/Geeksltd/GCop/issues/286 so i will close it
