Update default login page. #35

Hey - We have need updated designs for the login page for the default M# template.

This new type of login page is to become the new default for M#.

Hey

The updated designs you have done look great!

There are a few minor changes that we would like to make to match our designer's guidelines:

1.) The colour of the login button is a slightly different colour to the guidelines that we follow in all our other templates. If you could change to colour to match the one selected in the guidelines that will be amazing.

2.) The icons for "Other ways to login" want to also follow the guidelines that our Graphic Design team have created. If you could change the rectangular icons with text to the ones shown in the designs that are the circle and only show the icon, this would be awesome.

3.) I love the added Microsoft one, however, we do not have a designed icon by our team. If you could leave the Microsoft link out of the login page bit that would be great.

I have attached both images screenshots and highlighted the points I am referring to.
