receive "Could not load file or assembly" when I create a new project by M# #45

hi after installing VS2017, I'v installed MSharp. when I tend to create a new M# .Net core project, I receive bellow error:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http Version=4.2.0.0' or one of its dependencies
it seems easy but could you please help me to fix it
