Paging when two lists on same page where one has a prefix #288

We are finding that when we have two lists showing on the the same page where the first list has a prefix and the second does not, the paging only works when clicking a new page for the first time. When clicking for the second time, it looks like the paging instruction in the querystring is confusing the two lists. The result is that the paging bar on the second list is hidden when this happens
