Reformatted Radio Option to Pull current settings. Added Hidden JSON field.

Updated settings so that default settings would populate them. Added hidden field for JSON

• SimpleHTTPServer.cs: SimpleHTTPServer.cs - Updated all multi option settings to include the checked variable so that radio boxes would fill in on load, I removed where it wrote "Current Variable" next to the label because it is not needed if we default the radio to the corret setting. Added JSON for AppSettings.Default so that I could write the JSON in a hidden field on html. (Seperate URL would probally be better but this works for now).
