Adding New Route for JSON of current settings

• Dynaframe3.csproj: adding appdata.htm to build
• SimpleHTTPServer.cs: Adding Route for AppData.htm
• AppData.htm: Initial AppData.htm for json output

ok im done now haha... seriously. Im good now for a good bit. I meant to add the app icons last time because I saw when I added frame to my phone Home Screen it wasn't the logo.. now it is..

and I wanted to get that route in there for json, in case I start working on external webui or app. so now http://ip:8000/AppData.htm gives you json straight from appsettings. If we keep this in here might want to setup another field for UUID and use that as a key to get the json... but this is good for now. Ok so hopefully you can get this in and build.

Ok, merging this in and then going to get it into the main branch. I'll try to get a release out, but it'll be very untested if I do. But..hey, we'll have a release :)
