Update to Expo SDK 46 #54

Hello,

Can you update the nativebase-v3-kitchensink Expo SDK to v46? running the app gives the same error as https://github.com/GeekyAnts/nativebase-v3-kitchensink/issues/30 but now the version of the Expo SDK of nativebase-v3-kitchensink is v42 which is not supported in the Expo Go app.

Also, could you explain how to do it manually for future versions as well? (for complete react-native noobs) so that we don't have to bother you guys every time there is a new Expo SDK version.

Hello, same problem, but now to Expo SDK version 48.

This solution seemed promissing for my project. Ive been having issues with Expo eco system and wanted to try something new.

after scanning the qr code: it says. there was a problem running the requested app. it uses sdk 44 but my version of expogo app on my iphone only supports 46,47,48it must be updated in order to load it.
