Add bitrate support to recording action #110

Using the Record button, my recordings always end up in 32 bit. Is it possible to record at 16 bit? (Windows 11)

Hey @hced at the moment it isn't possible to change the bitrate of recordings, but I can definitely add this to the backlog of things to do, as I believe it's achievable. 👍
