Hold to play feature #96

It would be really great to just hold down our samples and play the audio, then when we want it to stop we take our fingers off.

when do you usually post updates for the Sound Deck? Just wondering

My focus at the moment is adding support for SD+ dials, which I'm aiming to release before Christmas. Following that, I'm going to start tackling the backlog of features and enhancements. 😄
