Apply user lock issue in EA #4

When i try to apply user lock to an element already locked by another user, it throws SEHException and the application closes. could any one help me with this exception like how to handle it. i have tried try and catch but the application is still closing

Locked isn't implemented in the framework. Issues should be related to code in the framework, not general EA api issues.
