PythonProject2 has several properties that are configurable, but are stored in different locations (setup.py and aux-config currently):
MAIN_MODULE APPLICATION_ARGS ACTIVE_PLATFORM PROP_VERSION PROP_NAME PROP_DISPLAY_NAME PROP_ICON
These properties need to be configurable from a single provider which needs to be available from project lookup.
