I pulled a request to this repo a long time ago to add zh_cn translation. I'd like to say, this mod is a awesome try to replica of the real world, and I'm glad to give the permission to relicense. Wish this mod success.

Going ahead with this as @mitch354's contribution was only a README grammar edit. Have additionally updated the README to be safe :P
