- fixed max stack issues on farmer withdraw
- fixed (TODO Test) spam owner couldn't find issue
- added farmer.remove perm to remove command for players
- fixed adding owner to farmer users issue which triggered async before
- fixed chat event region collection (not reported just fixed by code check)
- fixed spawnerkiller console error spam because of integrations
- fixed autoharvest console error spam because of integrations
- fixed owner change on island leader change issue (required test)
