I did some improvements to make plugin work more stable with BentoBox.

Increased size of regionID 64 from 36 due to BentoBox island UUIDs may higher than 36.
Future event states used instead of current ones in case of any cancellation anywhere possible.
Eliminated some nullpointerexception scenarios where isn't expected.
