Make formatting of technology terms more consistent #157

Create new commands that consistently make terms emphasized and use them across the thesis text.

Also, remove unused glossary and bibliography entries.

Closes #141

Note to self: I should have used new commands for technology names from the beginning. Such a large refactor was very tedious. I hope I didn't break anything
