Misc updates #6

Change the Teflon pulley to 29mm long. (Really this needs a replacement design...) Go back to 58mm on the large shaft. 41mm on the short shaft Change the motor rail to align the motor a bit better. You can see it’s just a little off clean up the dxf files better document the bearings

Motor end plate: Drop the under the coupling as it was rubbing and raise it a bit around the bearings.
