Source line endings are not normalized in git #15

Many of the source files got committed with CRLF line endings in the repo. Since this is a cross-platform project, the repository should contain only normalized (LF) line endings. Windows users will, if their Git configuration is correct, get CRLF in their working tree automatically.

Fixed with commit 46174658. No code changes, just an edit to .gitattributes and all of the line-ending changes.
