...during 3.7.0 v1.2 support work, I ended up making additions tests for candidateV1.2.15 while those changes were not added to 3.6.x so there is a bit of version skew that has been repaired for 3.6.x, but for 3.7.0 I need to bump the version of Rowan v1 to candidateV1.2.16 .... and rename expected results as well ...
