(v2.3) looks like class category is not being auditted ... #865

... should be an audit error to have a class category that does not match the package convention ... it's possible that it is a bug that is introduced when RwPrjBrowserToolV2>>moveClassNamed:toPackage: is used ... see also GemTalk/Rowan#862
