Show KlantContact :

Make sure that there is testdata in OpenZaak KlantContact API (for example an email) - ask Maykin Media
Show email in de PWA (Figma Design)
NOT in SCOPE: input field for text by resident and upload function: This API can (currently) not be used as an actual communication channel through which a citizen can chat with someone from the municipality.

Use data from API:

zaak URL
ID
date and time at which contact started
name of the used communication channel
subject
explanation

@mjcarsjens Which api is meant with this issue? Is it just what's in the image? afbeelding Asking because there is a Klanten API and an contactmomenten API but I can't find an KlantContact API.

@vwmvanbeek @AdielGhafoerkhan: from what I can see in the documentation all this is capable of is actually storing the fact that there was some sort of contact, with only the following information:

zaak URL
ID
date and time at which contact started
name of the used communication channel
subject
explanation

This API can (currently) not be used as an actual communication channel through which a citizen can chat with someone from the municipality.

The scope of the story is changed to only showing email that is submitted in the back office by a Municipality clerk.
