Page Header

We want to create a Page Header with the content as seen in the design: figma link.

Note that this issue is all about displaying the data, not about actually adhering to the styling in the design as this is still subject to change.

In our Header we want to be able to show the following things:

• Left navigation (burgers/ondernemers)
• Logo
• On the right: search box, user/login button, accessibility button, language switch button

The buttons and links don't have to have any functionality behind them at this current moment.

Acceptation Criteria:

• [x] There is a navigation section with a button Burgers and a Button Ondernemers
• [x] There is a logo in the middle
• [x] There are a search box, user/login button, accessibility button and language switch button on the right
