As a user I want to be able to get a "Zaakinformatieobjecten", so that TBD.

Acceptance Criterion:

[ ] Mimic the functionality of the FE gateway [code].
- Proper logging of errors to seperate file.
- Ensure API returns proper HTTP status codes with useful error code (we can use this to display error messages to the user).
[ ] Create unit tests ~80% code coverage.

As a developer I want to be able to get a "Zaakinformatieobjecten", so that I can provide it to the user.

State why a user wants this functionality, not why a developer is making it.

Earlier you specified results should be queried using an UUID. Should this be queries this way too? What identifier should be used here to query for a specific "Zaakinformatieobject"?
