As a user I want to be able to post a "aanvraag", so that TBD

Acceptance Criterion:

[ ] Mimic the functionality of the FE gateway [code].
- Proper logging of errors to seperate file.
- Ensure API returns proper HTTP status codes with useful error code (we can use this to display error messages to the user).
[ ] Create unit tests ~80% code coverage.

State why the user wants this functionality, not why a developer is making it.
