Need seweral technical functions (abilities)

• [x] get_process_info — it is a function that returns the next technical system info:

  • version of build;
  • version of AI;
  • running time;
  • other helpful info about container and anything else.

• [ ] get_account_info — show compactly in one message the next info about account:

  • Type: Live or Paper Trade;
  • Account identifier on Alpaca;
  • Account value;
  • Account buying power.

It still doesn't tell about the app version and container uptime.

Host time and uptime have no sense, as for me.

Would you like to think about the versioning system for this app? Something like a simple file .version, where we will write current stable/test app's version.
